Tickets

For 2017, our admission cap will be 200 individuals. Due to the size of the venue, this being only our second Project Cosplay, and other insurance and liability concerns, we will be very reluctant about increasing the event size even if there continues to be a high interest.

Tickets are available at the door for single day and general admission!

Admission

General Admission includes access to all rooms, panels and non-meal workshops. Saturday and Sunday Passes are the single day equivalent of the Weekend Pass.

VIP Meal Pass includes General Admission plus access to both the Dinner Workshop and Wrap Party as well as a vendor supplied swag bag.


The option to purchase passes to the Meal Workshop will be available individually or as part of the VIP Pass.

Dinner Workshop Add On – $20

Project Cosplay 2017 will have a limited number (30) of Dinner Workshop Tickets for Friday Night that include admittance to a workshop with Michael ‘Knightmage’ Wilson providing examples on budget costumes and answering questions all while being treated to an italian dinner.


Photographer General Admission – Free

General Admission for photographers includes admission for two individuals, with a general admission badge for each person on your team after that. Tickets will be handled through Project-Nerd, LLC for photographers as they will be selected at a limited number.

Tickets are non-refundable and only transferable if you have physical tickets. If you are picking up passes at the event you must have a valid ID.

    My name is Kari Whitworth. I purchased a ticket for the event, but I am unable to attend. Is there anyway to transfer my ticket to my older sister who would love to go? Her name is Kyra Whitworth and would be able to attend the event even though I cannot. Please respond as soon as possible.

  2. Hello! my friends and I are interested in getting the VIP tickets. We did have a few questions. What is the Warp Party, and how is it different from the Saturday Night Bash? Would it be on the same night?

    • Hi Lilli. The Wrap Party is an end of the weekend ‘wrap’ party that invites the staff, volunteers, photographers, and VIP members to hang out on Sunday night for a buffet style meal and fun. It will be on Sunday night after the event is over! Hope that helps.
