Project Cosplay 2017 will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Denver Stapleton on February 3-5, 2017. The event plans to go beyond what it did for its inaugural show, while keeping true to the roots which made it an instant success.

The inaugural Project Cosplay saw 140 people participate with an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and ideas for year two. Just weeks after the first year event, the hand picked photographers are still producing content and showing the Denver and regional cosplay communities what this new event is all about.

But as great as the first year was; improvements can always be made, and wonderful feedback has been put into place for next year. Project Cosplay 2017 will include a number of new features including dinner and brunch workshops, a charity poker tournament, a table-top gaming area, The Saturday Night Blast featuring a fashion show, pajama party, and more, as well as the return of the Iron Cosplay Challenge. Other activities are still being explored.

Shooting areas will be announced at a later date, but expect a second stage with a themed set, the return of the poker room as well as an additional themed room, additional and themed backdrops, and an executive suite for boudoir and bedroom themed shoots. Additionally, the new hotel provides a full service restaurant and bar with exceptional service and fine dining during down time.

But improvements keep coming, with the O Comic Con Vendor Room looking to offer a limited variety of cosplay specialty vendors, brands, and support.

Double Hotel Room Suites have been made available at the unheard of special rate of just $99 a night which includes a full cooked to order breakfast–ranked top five amongst Embassy Suites nationwide– as well as access to free wifi and a complimentary managers reception which consists of 2 hours of open bar and light Hor D’ouervres each evening. Parking is free of charge, and the nearby Northfield community offers great shopping, dining, and activities.

Tickets will once again be available for just $35 for the entire weekend with prices increasing after the new year. Single day options will be available when tickets go on sale and there will be a VIP Package which includes access to both the Dinner and Brunch workshops as well as a swag bag starting at just $75.
